Dot Dot Small Packing Cubes Review

Full Disclosure: I received products free of charge for the purpose of providing a review. My opinions are completely my own based on my experience.

I'm an organizer by nature - it's just me. And when it comes to packing (for the gym, a trip, anywhere) I can be a little obsessed with how I organize my things. I have been known to use an entire box of plastic bags to organize my things inside my bag. I like to have things separated so that I can find them quickly.

So when I heard about Dot Dot Small Packing cubes, my heart skipped a beat just a little. Yes please!

And since you know that I Will Run For Ice Cream my first place that I tested out the Dot Dot Small Packing cubes was at the gym.

The Dot Dot Small Packing cubes come in a 4 piece set. And when I opened the box I thought they were pretty small, and honestly really didn't think that much would fit in there. But I tossed one in my gym bag anyway so that I could try it out.

After my workout, usually I will put my sweaty wet clothes into a plastic bag to bring them home.
Check this out - inside this small cube is a pair of long pants, a sports bra, underwear, socks and a t-shirt. And there is actually a little room to spare!

One side of the cube is breathable mesh, and the other side is durable plastic. I'm not sure that the picture does it justice, but at the top is a handle. So you could actually use the handle to carry the Dot Dot Small Packing Cube

But it also fit great inside my gym bag.

Now I can put clean clothes in one, dirty clothes in another, swim clothes in one, or toiletries... you get the idea. And I can only imagine how useful it would be when packing for a trip. I also put one in Lil Man's backpack to hold his change of clean clothes for school. It fit nicely (actually worked better than the plastic bag that I was previously using.).

Overall, I am extremely pleased with the Dot Dot Small packing cubes. So far they seem very durable and versatile. And I will get a lot of use out of them.

Are you obsessed about organizing things like I am?

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

  3. I don't do much traveling. It's always been my theory that if it can't fit in my backpack, it's not going with me.

Window Bird Feeder By Yellow Beaks

Lil Man has been beside himself since the Clear Window Bird Feeder by Yellow Beaks arrived in the mail. He couldn't wait to get it up and outside. He's very anxious for the birds to come. I wasn't sure how the suction cups would hold up. I've never, in the past, had much luck with any type of suction cup. But so far it's been a week with varying temperature changes, and the suction cups are holding strong. The construction seems sturdy, and it looks to be well-made. It also will be easy to clean out. I know with bird feeders they can get a little yucky sometimes, but this will be easy to remove, spray out and clean up.  So far the birds haven't visited us yet. Our neighbor has several bird feeders and he is keeping all of the birds over there (ha). But Lil Man is checking daily, sometimes multiple times a day, for a bird. So I can't report how the birds like the feeder, but I have to say that we honestly do.  You can find the Wind...

MagicMil Chalkboard Label And Pen Pack Review And Giveaway

I have been compensated in the form of a gift card/money/coupon and/or received the product/service at a reduced price or for free. All opinions expressed are mine and honest in nature. I'm not known for my craftiness. The fact that I made bird feeders out of milk jugs was a huge accomplishment for me when it comes to crafts. But when I saw these Chalkboard labels , I couldn't get over just how cute they were. And I thought, surely even I could could create something cute with these. First of all, there are several sizes and shapes to choose from. So the possibilities seem endless for what all you could do with these great Chalkboard labels . They are easiest to remove if you slightly bend where the label starts. And they are also re-positionable. ( I may or may not be speaking from experience ;) But they can be re-positioned up to 20 minutes. And they come with a liquid chalk pen. The liquid chalk pen is a little more watery than other markers. You can reapply to...

Ecosak Nylon Nut Bag Review

I have been compensated in the form of a gift card/money/coupon and/or received the product/service at a reduced price or for free. All opinions expressed are mine and honest in nature. Well, can you believe that I am trying out a nut bag to make my own almond milk? (I'll pause a moment so that you can let the shock wear off!) I can honestly say that never in my life did I intend on making my own almond milk. But as you know, we are making some changes to our diet. So I decided I would give it a try.  And with the Ecosak I also received some recipes which really helped since I wasn't really sure what I was supposed to do. I asked Lil Man if he wanted to help me, and he was more than thrilled. Apparently making almond milk was an exciting and fun thing for him. First things first was to wash the Ecosak (easy to do) and soak the nuts. Yep, I put some raw almonds in a bowl, covered them with water and let them soak 6-8 hours or so. After they had been soaked, I...
