My opinions are completely my own.  I don't have a lot of time lately to read books, but when I heard about The Life We Never Expected , I knew that it was something that I wanted to make the time to read. The Life We Never Expected follows the life of Andrew and Rachel Wilson as they honestly come to terms with having their life turned upside down. Both of their children were diagnosed with regressive autism. This book deals with the ups and downs of raising children with special needs, but it also reflects on coping in general with difficulties in life. Andrew and Rachel share lessons that they've learned in how to find joy in the midst of trials. My take on The Life We Never Expected ......

Sooooooo... I've been doing a lot of thinking lately. In fact, I've put my blogging here and at my other site Will Run For Ice Cream on the back burner for a bit. Why? Well, because trying to 'work' a blog requires a lot of time. It's not just the writing. It's the promoting! Because, well, if you don't promote, then basically no one sees it.
