Luv Chicken Booster Seat Product Review

Full Disclosure: I received products free of charge for the purpose of providing a review. My opinions are completely my own based on my experience.

I know what you are thinking - what is a Luv Chicken? :) Well other than a a really cute name, it's also a really great product. It's a booster seat that isn't like your traditional booster seat. It is designed to cover the entire chair. I love this part since our other hard plastic booster seat was missing a strap and it would tip over. The Luv Chicken has a non-slip bottom. It's easy to carry (Lil Man carried it himself wherever he needed it to go). It's easy to toss into the car if you need it while visiting friends or family. It would also be great (I think) to use at the movie theater. We still haven't taken Lil Man to the theater this year; so I didn't test it there. But I would imagine it would probably work well there also.

It's cute. It comes in several designs. And for me, most of all, it's easy to clean and wipe up. Our first meal that we used the Luv Chicken, we had spaghetti. Yep, I decided if I was going to test this product (and it claimed that it cleaned up well), I might as well put it to the test. And we did.

And the verdict.... drum roll please..... the spaghetti sauce, and yogurt, and ice cream, and apple juice and other foods that we'e had, actually wiped right off.

My overall opinion of the Luv Chicken Booster Seat? We love it. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. And honestly, since the day we received it, we've used it every day.

You can see a little more about the Luv Chicken here in this video.

The Luv Chicken is a great product that does exactly what it claims to do. We love our Luv Chicken Booster Seat.

2 Weeks Post Mohs Surgery

May 26, 2021 3:40pm  Finally, the phone call that I'd been waiting on. It was the Medical Center. ( Finally, we can schedule my surgery. ) She tells me who she is, and then tells me that she has a cancellation for tomorrow. ( Me stammering... )  "Ok, but I was thinking the end of June."   Then I hear "We just had a moment to look at your file. We really don't think that you should wait. We really think you should come in tomorrow at 8:15am" ( Me stammering again ) "Ok, I'll be there."  Wait, what? My mind is all over the place. I'm supposed to work. How am I going to get our son to school? Will my husband be able to go with me on such short notice. I expected this to be the end of June, not tomorrow. I'm not prepared! I was overcome with emotion.  May 26, 2021 Surgery Day I woke up at 1am with a horrible headache. By the time we arrived at the surgery center, I was definitely a bundle of nerves. I got checked in, went through the usual ...

Ecosak Nylon Nut Bag Review

I have been compensated in the form of a gift card/money/coupon and/or received the product/service at a reduced price or for free. All opinions expressed are mine and honest in nature. Well, can you believe that I am trying out a nut bag to make my own almond milk? (I'll pause a moment so that you can let the shock wear off!) I can honestly say that never in my life did I intend on making my own almond milk. But as you know, we are making some changes to our diet. So I decided I would give it a try.  And with the Ecosak I also received some recipes which really helped since I wasn't really sure what I was supposed to do. I asked Lil Man if he wanted to help me, and he was more than thrilled. Apparently making almond milk was an exciting and fun thing for him. First things first was to wash the Ecosak (easy to do) and soak the nuts. Yep, I put some raw almonds in a bowl, covered them with water and let them soak 6-8 hours or so. After they had been soaked, I...

Window Bird Feeder By Yellow Beaks

Lil Man has been beside himself since the Clear Window Bird Feeder by Yellow Beaks arrived in the mail. He couldn't wait to get it up and outside. He's very anxious for the birds to come. I wasn't sure how the suction cups would hold up. I've never, in the past, had much luck with any type of suction cup. But so far it's been a week with varying temperature changes, and the suction cups are holding strong. The construction seems sturdy, and it looks to be well-made. It also will be easy to clean out. I know with bird feeders they can get a little yucky sometimes, but this will be easy to remove, spray out and clean up.  So far the birds haven't visited us yet. Our neighbor has several bird feeders and he is keeping all of the birds over there (ha). But Lil Man is checking daily, sometimes multiple times a day, for a bird. So I can't report how the birds like the feeder, but I have to say that we honestly do.  You can find the Wind...
